Tennessee TSC’s District RTI2-A + RTI2-B Model of Demonstration Program recognizes outstanding Tennessee school districts that have worked hard to align their academic and non-academic tiered support systems. There are more than 147 public school districts across the state of Tennessee, and only a small percentage of schools meet the criteria for this recognition.
Ground Breakers Award
The Ground Breakers Award recognizes Tennessee school districts’ initial actions, planning, decision-making, and hard work that led to breaking new ground while aligning their Response to Instruction and Intervention for Academics and Behavior (RTI2-A + RTI2-B) tiered student support systems. The 2024 - 25 Ground Breakers Award goes to these districts:
Change Makers Award
The Change Makers Award honors Tennessee school districts that strengthened and aligned their RTI2-A + RTI2-B tierd systems to create lasting and sustainable changes that positively impact every student. This award celebrates the growth and positive change districts have experienced while prioritizing the alignment of academic and behavioral frameworks!
